HKCSS designates as Carers’ Month, aiming to raise awareness about caregiver issues in society and provide caregivers with more support and community assistance.

Understanding that caregivers accumulate significant stress in their daily lives without always having a platform to express themselves, we organised a “Laughter Yoga Workshop” event to offer caregivers an opportunity to relieve stress.

Laughter Yoga combines aerobic exercise with laughter and playfulness. Through simple movements, imaginative scenarios, and fun activities, participants engage in hearty laughter, allowing muscles to relax, promoting blood circulation, reducing stress, stabilising emotions, and spreading positive energy.
