Disabled members and caregivers participated to help them recognise emotions and address their stress and emotional needs.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Through creative arts mediums like painting, music, drama, and dance, participants had the opportunity to create in a comfortable and safe space, express their feelings, enhance autonomy and self-efficacy. By using non-verbal expression methods, participants built bridges of communication with the outside world, reducing feelings of isolation and marginalisation, and building confidence through mutual appreciation of artistic works.
