The Red Cross First Aid Workshop, originally scheduled for 12 January 2022, was postponed due to the pandemic. Finally, on 29 June, it was held at the Chan Fuk Sing Resource Centre. In the afternoon, the workshop was conducted by Red Cross instructors who taught participants about basic first aid knowledge, how to use first aid supplies, and home safety tips.

Over a dozen members actively participated in the workshop, trying out first aid supplies and practicing first aid techniques such as proper wound bandaging with bandages and using triangular bandages for slings. The Red Cross also provided first aid kits, first aid manuals, and attendance certificates to the workshop participants. After completing the workshop, participants can use their first aid knowledge and supplies to help others in their communities.
